Pros
There are good reasons to work there- good health care, decent pay, will help pay for parking, staff is usually very good.
Cons
Not much room for advancement. No training except for a few select people. will not pay for any outside conventions, or education unless you are a speaker, but thats probably not a-typical any more. Its a big company and if your branch is small, it's hard to get anywhere.
