      employee-owned. focused on developing employees. employees are empowered to try new things - not afraid to fail. great company culture and gratifying work for communities all over the world.

      Cons

      If your'e in Omaha, you'll take a shuttle to the office from a nearby parking lot. Not a big deal, but a bit annoying. New headquarters will soon end that!
