      There are no pros whatsoever. You can do much better elsewhere.

      Cons

      Around 15 people have left in the past year and not one has been replaced. No accountability for those who don't pull their weight/those who are unpleasant. Low pay for level of work performed. Lots of cutting corners.

      I came in with little billing experience. The nature of billing will expand your knowledge and teach you forward thinking.

      Cons

      Sometimes you can fill limited which isn't always a bad thing, limitations provide a push to do more.
