Management plays favorites. If you aren’t in the “in” group or catering to their egos, you will find yourself in a losing battle for your job. They protect people who have done vile things because they are their “buddies”. I’d share the stories but they’d be against community guidelines. I can say this, lots of “conflicts of interest” going on here. Lots of little man syndrome in the leadership. They are just in it for the money until the company goes public or sells off anyways.
