HCM Deck changed a lot in the past years and all of the internal processes have matured. With the implementation of clear development paths, it became easier to navigate your growth and career. HR Tech is a challenging space yet with the right leadership it's possible to navigate all the storms

As with any smaller start up it may be hard to be promoted internally due to the lack of business need
