Pros
If you land up in a good project then it can elevate your technical growth. For experienced professionals , they can get good packages if you are getting hired up for a project.
Cons
Too many 1) workplace politics is embarassing. 2) Zero work life balance 3) Appraisals are delayed and even if you are a top performer you don't even get your 100% variable bonus. 4) HR is just a namesake. Your Manager has all the power and no one will hear your grievances. 5) No sick leaves 6) During Covid other companies provided some office furniture. None from this company. 7) Assets like your laptop and accessories are recycled. You mostly get old Laptops and even headphones provided to individuals were worn off 8) Every department like facilities , local IT, Admin , security thinks themselves to be a part of secretariat and have big enlarged Egos. 9) Washrooms even at their SEZs were unhygienic and common areas were dingy 10) No compensations for overtime (which is too much if you are in a project delivery) 11) Ergonomics . Like whaaat is that??? Our ODC was over populated and even if you got up for stretching then someone would take away your worn off chair.
