Pros
I have been working at HCL for last 3 years. This is well known brand and such a tag is essential in the initial phase of your career. There is good exposure to various technologies. You have to be proactive in order to grab opportunities to learn and grow.
Cons
I guess this is the same for all companies as well. Dont expect much in the appraisals. The manager system is not that good. But you just focus on learning then you can enjoy your work here.
