Use Another Company for Outsourcing of IT - Anonymous employee HCLTech Employee Review

VERY poor management at all levels. VERY difficult to get paid as a contractor. No phone numbers or people to call with HR issues, only email. Emails are rarely answered. Overall the company is very poorly managed. Answers from India on important issues do not materialize without constant nagging. Managers do not seem to have the authority or influence they would have you believe and rarely assist employees with HR or pay issues. Frequently told India and its people have a 'Can Do' attitude, but it appears to be more of a 'Can't Do' environment.
