      Good Career Growth and work life balance. Flexible system.

      Cons

      Even though we have career growth in HCL, there wont be any good hike or increment in package according to the band and designation and our concerns regarding the same wont be heard even after 3 -4 years of our effort. End of the day all of us are looking for a career growth only because our pay will get increased according to that.
