Pros
I enjoyed working with all my colleagues while at HCL America. I worked with good people and learned a lot during my career with HCL. I felt like a made signficant contributions and had good repoire with my manager and colleagues.
Cons
Sometimes working with HR or technical support staff in another location usually California made things more complicated.
