      Pros

      Seniors are cooperative .So that we can learn quicker.

      Cons

      They are lagging in technologies as most of the projects are maintainance. We people use java 1.5.But java 1.7 is already available :) Appreciation is based on experience.But great thoughts will emerge from fresh minds also
