Flexible when it comes to family. The team members who work in the field are responsible and easy to work with.
Cons
The leadership team dysfunctional. They talk badly about each other to the staff, they have no follow through and they rarely work. The president allows this to go on and participates in the dysfunction. They don't honor their bonus structure and they rarely give promotions or pay raises.
