Pros
Everyone was very helpful when I came on. I find that the management is very open and easy to communicate with. They are open to employee suggestions. Even with the pandemic going on, the company has found interesting ways to keep the team building activities up. They are a very forward looking company
Cons
The benefit package they offer to Canadians is not the best. It's a program that you have to pay into and it doesn't really compete with other benefit companies. There isn't a RRSP matching program,
