Not much stress compared to the rest of the fashion industry, great work life balance (extremely rare to work past 5pm), good management, overall not much to complain about.
Cons
It is such a huge company that you can sometimes feel a little anonymous, and sometimes the corporate environment can stunt creativity. Promotions in the design area are rare.
