Good people. Good clear process.

None come to my mind

None, office based staff looked down on the site employees, who were undervalued and underpaid. Some of the contract managers were absolutely useless, one in particular should have been sacked numerous times due to the mess he constantly made of his projects, then blamed everyone around him.

Shocking place to work. No support for staff, management were useless, hence they went bust!
