Pros
Infotainment is a very interesting business, continuous challenges and satisfaction from finished product. There are always new programs to work on and it's never boring to come to work.
Cons
Heavy workload, long hours, very aggressive deadlines and high throughput expectations. It is very hard to have a good life/work balance because of the shortage of resources and the continuous demands to meet program deadlines.
