As company of Outsourcing you do not to use to have contact with others colleagues from EDC. But it use to have a good environment, possibility to travel to others countries to get and share knowledge, according to the company that we are based on.
Cons
Salary use to be lower than the market average. No possibility of salary increase, instead of anual inflaction correction.
