Pros
Nothing, Pays well but after joining one understands mistake of joining this company. Lots of attrition hence it tries to attract talent but cant sustain it. No respect for workforce and managers as well. Even startups do better.
Cons
Mismanagement and lack of direction Total lack of empathy towards employees. Employees treated like slaves. No Culture.
