Work-life balance is genuinely strong. In my team (Car Audio), burnout is low and the day-to-day environment is stable and manageable. Colleagues are skilled and collaborative. Team interactions are professional, and people are generally willing to help. Flexibility and respect for personal time are embedded in the culture.
Cons
Continuous restructuring with little visible payoff. The organization has been undergoing repeated reorganizations for years. Instead of driving real innovation, it often feels like roles and responsibilities are simply being reshuffled without a clear strategic outcome. Lack of direction from leadership. Frequent changes have left some leaders unclear about their actual ownership areas, which slows decision-making and leaves teams in limbo. Limited meaningful projects recently. My team hasn’t received a substantial, non-support project for months, which affects motivation and long-term development.
