Pay not competitive, Benefits are too expensive, No advancement opportunities unless you are in the "click", Delivery over quality, No basic skills or knowledge requirements for green mechanics, Management takes zero personal responsibility. Management will require some maintenance to be, lets say, less than ethical. Evaluations are fabricated and not based on actual performance. Bonuses and raises are based on those fabricated evaluations. Employee write ups become petty and plentiful when time for evaluations for the sole purpose of denying bonuses and raises.
