It's work. You have to get up and go to the office in the morning. It's not really a con, anymore than any other career. I believe that the benefits and the feeling I get when working here, out weigh the problems that you face at any job.

They have a lot of modern updated machines

Upper management is completely incompetent. Haven't gotten a decent raise in 5 years.
