Senior management is emotionally abusive towards employees, creating a toxic workplace culture in which lower-ranking staff are forced to put up personal attacks and frequent yelling, while higher-up management enable abuse in order to maintain job security. There is no HR personnel, and complaints made by lower-ranking staff are systematically ignored, rejected, or forced back upon the junior staff. Lower-ranking staff often feel gaslighted as they are blamed for their own victimization, while more senior staff are able to continue their sub-par behavior.
