- USED to be an incredible place to work with opportunities, travel and a culture of development, but this changed in 2021 with the shift of CEO
- Now there are serious issues behind the scenes. A real “boy’s club” - those saved from redundancy shows this
- Incompetent and inexperienced management allowed to make decisions without accountability - serious errors go without any acknowledgement
- Directors with no emotional intelligence to understand how to get the best out of people. Some are known across the business as not being up to their roles, yet they’re still preaching to press articles about “authenticity”
- Decisions made based upon ego and worries over “internal PR” rather than what’s best
- The organisation is now top heavy as loads of lower staff have been cleared out and there’s just Directors/Heads Of left so an awful workload for whoever joins
- Overall a toxic environment that needs *leadership* change
