Pros
-private medical insurance -good sick pay -good parental leave -if you work for the foreign language team, you don't have shifts and the pay is slightly higher -cheap subsides lunches in the office (£3,50 for a main course and you get £5 allowance per day so basically free)
Cons
-because of the different time zones from which customers will reach out to customer service in English, shift work is required for agents who only speak English -there is not a lot of communication across different teams/different roles
