Pros
- Great Paid Time off Policy - True flexible working culture - Decent salary at market rate for the role/s. - Other perks such as mental health days, free gym (one of the best in the area/possibly the entirety of the UK), great subsidised canteen. - Location - easy to get to by car with lots of free parking. - Amazing colleagues!
Cons
There aren't many as far as working here goes; perhaps if you're used to more traditional/corporate structure it might take some getting used to. Many senior positions are held by people younger and with less experience than you'd traditionally associate with such a position which might beget resentment in some (?) - for me, however, it was completely justified; at the end of the day they *did* build a billion pound start up in just several years. - Location could be a con to some as it's not in a major city and hard to get to without a car.
