      Pros

      Great company benefits, positive atmosphere, open minded and inclusive culture. I personally always feel looked after at Gymshark. Work-life balance is always encouraged despite constantly working through busy periods.

      Cons

      Some improvements to be made in terms of management. I think this is "teething problems" of coming out of a start up phase. We're also still opening our minds up to a true flexible working culture. Not exactly a con but still work to be done.

      Pros

      Gymshark really sticks to its core values. The people are awesome and great to work with. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      As a UK-based company, working in the United States is tough sometimes. We often get information late from our UK partners. The company definitely needs to build out its US office more and add more vital job functions.
