      -very flexible with scheduling calls & interviews throughout the hiring process -friendly employees willing to answer any and all questions -moved process along in a timely manner

      Pros

      Good people. No egos even at the executive level was a real relief compared to other tech companies.

      Cons

      Lack of product development process meant preventable mistakes happened all the time and everything was twice as hard as it should have been. The company was struggling to find a product market fit. Hospitals make terrible technology customers; they have no incentive to innovate.
