Great Industry but Corporate Politics - Anonymous employee Guy Carpenter Employee Review

New CEO, seems very business oriented which in a sense can be good, but doesn't seem to value people as people. Decisions are made very corporate like and I felt like a line item to the business instead of like a person. I did not feel that way with my direct supervisor, or team, however in the eyes of the company I do not feel individuals are valued.
