      5 days of working. Quite flexible working hours depending on project.

      Understaffed. Doing the task of 3 people. Impossible due date. Overworked only to find yourself be the fall guy.

      New PC Colleagues who suffer the same. (Unity) Mostly with ppl of color.

      Cons

      No Support/Manpower. No Proper Bonus Transparent Racism (Yellows Only) No Proper Promotion. Meaning Title/position does not match. You basically doing two roles/positions with low salary.
