Pros
Unlimited PTO and incredibly difficult to get fired (if you consider that a "pro").
Cons
Compensation is weak compared to the rest of the software sales space. Shares are peanuts and used to convince postgrads they have real ownership in the company. Experienced sales reps won't take the bait. CFO just quit and the hiring team hasn't backfilled numerous leadership roles. Company wants diverse leadership candidates but doesn't seem willing to pay to steal diverse candidates from other, major league companies.
