      Love working here. Leadership cares about the employees and also makes great decisions. Work life balance is great and I get to work on many different projects. Want to stay here for a long time.

      Pros

      Guru had the best culture of any place that I have worked. The owners and management are really great, and the employees are competent and compassionate people. Work-life balance was great.

      Cons

      On the whole, the cons were minimal outside of typical growing pains and changes in market conditions.
