Pros
There's so many good things about Guru, it's tough to put it into words. I've been here for a while now and still to this day, I love coming to work everyday. Culture- I think Guru does an incredible job of maintaining diversity and making every single employee feel comfortable and welcomed. I've always felt comfortable building a relationship with everyone here - From CEO to those in departments I don't typically work with, the people that sit directly next to me etc. Management- I'm very impressed with how our management team has maintained transparency with the entire org from Day 1 to now. Guru is a great example of "It starts at the top" - Our exec team is one of the key reasons that our culture is great & that we are doing well as a company.
Cons
It truly is really tough to think of cons. One of the only ones that come to mind is that it can sometimes take some time to get certain things done or answers to certain questions from a process standpoint, simply because we're still growing and are still considered a start-up. I think that's about it :)
