Pros

Cool Logo and Marketing (but don't let this deceive you)

Cons

- The Co-Founders are not great leaders of the company due to their incompetent decisions - plus they don't know how to make games (The CSO, Alex doesn't even play games), they're doing it for money. - Soviet-style management - Constant lies from the CEO & overhearing overpromising lies to investors + hear the CEO yell a lot at the office which brings the moral down at the Kyiv + Frankfurt Studio. - No respect to the NDA. - Leadership is watching their employee's personal/private chats. - Leadership threatening employees to stay within the company. - Employees don't feel safe or valued due to unsafe history of the company's past. - Before the war (& still today), the CEO prioritized his other company Plink over Game Development + Company development at Gunzilla - which caused a lot of pushed back plans bc he didn't make time for it. - Employees instantly lost their jobs without explanation during their vacation. Advise to Management: Stop wasting money.

Pros

Completely remote is a perk.

Cons

Despite a very dedicated team wanting to do a good job, the management undermines that. Payslips and pay were frequently late and needed chasing. Owed vendors money and no reply when chased.
