Pros
This is a fine group of serious, hard-working people focused on the same goal. They are caring and considerate, but very serious about the job at hand. Great pay, loads of OT.
Cons
Not for the faint of heart, skaters, or anyone looking for a free paycheck. This place requires long, hard days "until the job is done" motivation. Don't expect a life outside of work. Family owned.

Family owned; small No open communication (you are often the last to know if you are not nosey) Not up to date No ownership of wrong-doing (all levels; management, executives, staff) No ability to succeed unless you're best friends with upper management Honesty is not taken well Opinions are shoved under a rug Owner is out, but still runs everything No competitive salary options
