Pros
- young employees, so get to be with people right out of college - decent pay for what you do
Cons
- metrics are based off things out of your control - disorganization between management when dealing with new changes - if someone higher up doesn't like you, you will get bad projects which will lead to bad metrics. - I saw many people ask for help to get better and were shortly terminated after being told they would get assistance - sometimes over worked - the work can get repetitive after about 6 months
