Pros
-work remote most days -people at the office are nice -work is very simple, someone in 10th grade could easily do it -Office is diverse and there is some food -flexible daily lunch hour
Cons
-extremely repetitive- you are essentially selling guidepoint to strangers trying to get them on a call, with hundreds of people its just that over and over -Pay is pretty set- small bonuses + sign on bonus is heavily taxed (know that if you end before a year you have to pay it back in full- not taxed version) -Everything is based on numbers- if you do not meet those numbers then you are fired -high turnover -work is never over, people sometimes work weekend (and praised for it) and even if projects are finished you are expected to still sit around until 5:15 roles around -let some people work remote and others not
