Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your input, as we are dedicated to giving our employees the best experience at Guidepoint. Our Research Analysts (entry level role) focus on making the right connections between our clients and business leaders, professionals and experts in varied industries. We have a formalized training program for all new Research Analysts. As part of their training, each new Research Analyst is assigned a buddy to help them transition into their role and provide guidance on an ongoing basis. Additionally, we frequently promote top performers in this role and are invested in our employees’ opportunities to learn and develop various skill sets at Guidepoint. As we are a growing company, we continuously create new roles and international assignments that are exclusively filled by internal candidates. Employees in entry-level roles also have the opportunity to move up into client-facing roles over time. Thank you again for your input. Please email us at feedback@guidepoint.com should you wish to continue the conversation about your experience. Best of luck in your future professional endeavors.

Pros

the only pros are the salary and two hybrid days

Cons

Do not take a job with Guidepoint, even if you were a strong student in college and consider yourself a hard worker. The project managers are fine, but the team leads are awful. You won’t learn any tangible skills; the work largely consists of reaching out to people on LinkedIn for hours on end. On top of that, they will let people go very easily. Stay away from this company.
