In my case for nearly a year the company did not arrange for me to receive the relevant qualifications required for the duties I was expected to do.
Regularly expected to work additional hours/ shifts without notice and not due to illness but poor management and no communication.
Hard work/ going over and above is not recognised or acknowledged.
A few contract managers and the helpdesk/ mobile managers lack basic social skills and manners.
If you work in the control room you will find your team are blamed for issues that are normally caused by superior contract managers or other teams within the business and a general attitude of we can blame the helpdesk.
