GRN has such an altruistic mission, it's a pleasure to work here. The people are dedicated to the cause of helping healthcare improve and converting data to cures. There is very little turnover in the 6+ years I have worked for this company. People seem to like their jobs and are treated fairly.

Still a fairly small company and we sometimes pivot pretty quickly. It's a little hard to adjust to quick changes sometimes.

The IT and healthcare professionals at Guardian Research Network have created and maintain a cordial, friendly, and mutually respectful atmosphere that made working with my colleagues "fun". I still consider many of my former colleagues friends. Amazingly, the work is interesting, too.

Everyone works from home now. The absence of a home office deprived us of the joy of being together and interacting in person.
