They never put the right regional or property managers in place. They were always figuring things out. They have a revolving door on employees. They don’t place enough value on the Memphis Tn location.

Lease up employee discount is great if you live on site, decent company outings & merch

Chronic understaffing due to paying people in Pennies leaves everyone overworked and essentially just looking for another job. They will have you lease up a whole additional building, ax your rent discount at your current property once it’s leased up and won’t let you move to the knew property or experience any of its lease up bonus structure outside of per lease commission.
