      No pros . Some teammates are good.

      Cons

      You will work on no code automation platform and build a app with vibe coding. No person to guide. Work pressure. You will be blame for everything goes wrong. No actual experienced person to guide. No actual experience that count working in no code automation platform.

      Pros

      Good Exposure for freshers, There is a water cooler(if that counts as pros), There are 7+ camera inside 1500sq ft space so you are quite safe, School like atmosphere, a Teacher(in this case PM) will always monitor you ensuring you complete your work on time,

      Cons

      No Cons , just your PPO is dependent on the revenue of the company, which is fair.
