Cons
Oh god there are so many. Only cons here. One of the most stressful and unstable workplaces I’ve experienced. There is a clear pattern of sudden terminations without notice or warning. Employees are let go without proper communication, feedback, or due process. Many people are either pushed to resign or abruptly terminated later. Notice periods are treated as optional, not policy. The company operates on pressure and fear. Overtime is expected as the norm, usually due to poor planning, and employees are threatened with legal action if they don’t comply. Abusive language from management is common, and personal time or boundaries are rarely respected. What’s sold as “startup hustle” is actually bad leadership and chaos. There’s no real structure, transparency, or accountability. Feedback is minimal, growth paths are unclear, and most work is driven by last-minute urgencies. If you’re considering joining, get every policy in writing—notice period, overtime expectations, and HR processes—because verbal promises don’t hold much weight here.
