Pros

What I like the most is that if you achieve your objective you will be rewarded as well with a bonus amount. 4. HR policies are good enough that covers human needs. 5. Cons
I am not seeing any cons as of today because the open door HR policy covers that. It means whenever we have any issue we can go to any manager any time without hesitation. And the good part is that we have answers and actions for those queries as well.
