Cons
The CEO is a racist, narcissistic, sexist fellow who has a negative opinion about everything. His views on religion, gender, non-vegetarians and women are highly disturbing. In his views, "children of people who eat non-veg should be raped" and this is one of the politest things the man has to say. He barely has any knowledge about running a business and is only good enough to manage the field workers that the company has, most of the clients complained about him and even threatened to cancel contracts if the CEO attends meetings. He loves to pass offensive comments on every employee to the point where they get extremely uncomfortable. The salary structure is very fragile and they try to take advantage of the interviewee. They offer salaries on the basis of the employee's negotiation skills and maintain no secrecy about salaries and bonuses. The manager is good but has no authority.
