Pros
Great Canadian company, product made in-house to top quality at reasonable prices. Fairly well known throughout the country. Vehicle supplied, expenses paid (albeit usually late) and sampling to key account people generous.
Cons
Communication from head office was somewhat lacking at times. Too much janitorial work to be done at store level because partnerships were not honored by retailers. Expectations always increasing and wages did not match. Great if you are a "yes" man person. Fiasco with Revenue Canada that generated with a head office employee but cost sales reps dearly. And no responsibility taken for the error.
