Not sure about other brands but JLR is a big big headache. Constant cancellations from customers due to insurance issues. Cars always going wrong, customers will tell you they won’t come back. As a Salesman it doesn’t matter how great the service is if the product constantly letting us down. Managers have favourites and sometimes the quite non favoured ones don’t get to eat…
