Pros

Fellow employees are very nice. Not many positive things I can say about the company.

Cons

When this department started, they cared about their employees. Now it seems they are more worried about the investors and lining their pockets. Bonuses are what made this job worth the trouble. But now they have implemented rules that make it increasingly harder to receive. There are no yearly reviews or opportunity for a raise. They say your bonus is in lue of a raise and then do all in their power to make it hard to get. The miscommunication and favortism among leadership is rampent in the CDC. And this ALSO leads to agents not receiving their bonus.

Cons

The workplace culture has deteriorated significantly over the past few years. What was once an organization employees were proud to be part of has become an environment where morale is consistently low and many employees feel disengaged and dissatisfied. The changes in leadership and culture have had a noticeable negative impact on the overall employee experience. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective employees to avoid at all cost.
