Pros
There are some exceptional coworkers, the open environment is favorable, attire is casual and working from home is a plus.
Cons
They allure with all the right words, bells and whistles, but they do not offer equitable opportunity. They manage by favoritism and conduct unethical practices. The working environment is very toxic because of this. Expectations are inconsistent and favor their biased preferences. They promoted themselves as a growing company with unlimited opportunities. In reality, they promote based on favoritism and then do not offer much needed management training. With such strong senior leadership, it was quite a disappointment to discover they lack fundamental policies and structure to allow for individuals to perform at their highest levels of ability. It is unfortunate, because they truly could be so much more if they set their arrogance aside. I would be shocked if they don't end up with lawsuits for their discrimination.
