Pros
Fully remote working Fun quarterly company socials They genuinely care about your self-development and encourage you to learn and grow and it’s a small family friendly environment Met some really kind and supportive colleagues, like some people are really amazing at what they do and learnt a lot from them
Cons
The workload was often very heavy and difficult to manage. The software is quite complex and feels a bit outdated, which makes it challenging to learn, especially for anyone without accounting or property management experience. The onboarding during my first month was not very structured, so it felt unorganised at times and hard to follow. My role as a Product Specialist also included support, training, and sales tasks, which made it difficult to focus on learning the product properly, especially when sales targets were a priority. Toward the end of my probation, communication around feedback became less open, and I received comments at the end that had not been discussed earlier. That made things feel unclear and uncomfortable. My final review meeting was very short and lacked proper closure. The decision was communicated quickly afterwards, and my access was removed soon after the call, which felt abrupt. The whole process came across as cold and impersonal, which was disappointing because the company promotes a people-focused culture.
