      Pros

      Enthusiasm on tap is their motto, and it definitely shows. In the office and with clients it is all about having good energy and delivering quality work. I would definitely recommend applying to the GroMo team.

      Cons

      The company is growing so fast, you have to be able to keep up. If you work better in a fast paced environment like I do, then this is actually a plus.
